The Dashboard is the home screen for finding and working deals. Find it by clicking Dashboard in the sidebar.

Quick action cards

Three clickable stat cards at the top:
  • New Deals - listings added in the last 7 days in your Deal Hub ZIPs.
  • Need Reply - pipeline deals with an unanswered message from the agent.
  • Follow Ups Needed - deals that are due for follow-up based on your org’s rules.
Two hero buttons - My Meetings (your scheduled calls/walkthroughs) and Find New Deals (opens Deal Hub) - sit at the top.

Weekly goals

The Goals section tracks org progress for the current week (Monday-Sunday, in your org’s timezone):
  • New Conversations
  • Qualified Offers
  • Under Contract
Organization admins and owners can click the edit (gear) button to open Weekly Goal Targets and adjust the numbers.

Analytics

  • Pricing Analytics - response rate and offer distribution by discount level; toggle SMS / Email and pick a time range (Today, This week, This month, Lifetime).
  • Template Performance - which message templates get the best response and under-contract rates; filter by channel and search.
  • Activity - Messages Sent, New Conversations, Qualified Offers, and Under Contract over a selected range.

Common questions

The dashboard always counts listings from the last 7 days, which can differ from your Deal Hub “new listings” threshold.
Only organization admins and owners.

Limitations

  • Dashboard stats refresh about every 30 seconds.
  • Goals reset each Monday and use your organization’s timezone.
