The Get Started guide appears as a slider in the bottom-right corner of the screen. The Buy tab has four mandatory steps and one optional tour.

Select your ZIPs

Go to Deal Hub, click Add ZIPs, and add at least one ZIP code (by state/city or manually). Click Save - saved ZIPs turn green and properties start loading.

Set your buyer identity

Go to Settings > Basic Setup > Buyer Identity and fill in Your Name and Company Name. Click Save Profile.

Get a phone number

Go to Settings > Basic Setup > Phone Number, choose Get an instant number from us, enter a preferred area code, and provision it.

Activate WhatsApp

Go to your Profile page, enter your WhatsApp number in the WhatsApp section, and click Activate. You’ll receive a test message to confirm.

Common first-run mistakes

  • Forgetting to click Save Profile after updating your buyer identity.
  • Entering a ZIP code that isn’t exactly 5 digits.
  • Skipping the WhatsApp Activate click - you must receive the test message.
  • Trying to add Kentucky/Louisville ZIPs here (those are handled by the Off-Market Scanner).
