Key things to know
  • Open Settings from the sidebar, then expand Basic Setup in the left rail.
  • Basic Setup is where admins set the defaults that make outreach, offers, and deal analysis usable.
  • Most Basic Setup settings are organization-wide. Members may see them as read-only.
  • Changes usually affect new messages, new templates, new analyses, and future defaults. Saved deals may keep per-deal overrides.
  • Feature pages explain daily workflows; these settings pages explain what the defaults mean and where to change them.
