What you can do
- Profile - edit your Display Name (Edit Profile → Save Changes); view your email and role; Sign Out.
- WhatsApp - connect your WhatsApp number for notifications (see WhatsApp Notifications).
- Call Forwarding - verify your cell number so you can receive call transfers and, optionally, have inbound calls ring your phone. (Appears when your org uses an in-platform number.)
- Preferences - choose your Send Shortcut: Enter to send or ⌘/Ctrl+Enter to send.
- Guide - click Show Guide to re-open the onboarding walkthrough.
