Your Profile holds personal settings, separate from your organization’s Buyer Identity. Open it from the user menu in the sidebar → My Profile.

What you can do

  • Profile - edit your Display Name (Edit ProfileSave Changes); view your email and role; Sign Out.
  • WhatsApp - connect your WhatsApp number for notifications (see WhatsApp Notifications).
  • Call Forwarding - verify your cell number so you can receive call transfers and, optionally, have inbound calls ring your phone. (Appears when your org uses an in-platform number.)
  • Preferences - choose your Send Shortcut: Enter to send or ⌘/Ctrl+Enter to send.
  • Guide - click Show Guide to re-open the onboarding walkthrough.

Common questions

Your Profile Display Name is your personal identity in the app. Buyer Identity → Your Name is the organization-wide name the AI uses to sign messages.
It appears only when your organization uses an in-platform phone number (not Quo).
