Your Profile holds settings that apply only to you, separate from your organization’s shared configuration. Open it from the user menu in the sidebar, then My Profile. The page has up to five sections: Profile, WhatsApp, Call Forwarding, Preferences, and Guide.

Profile

  • Display Name - click Edit Profile, type your name, and click Save Changes. This is how you appear across ProPilot (for example on team lists and activity). It is separate from the organization-wide Buyer Identity > Your Name used to sign outbound messages.
  • Email and Role - shown read-only. Your role (member, admin, or owner) is assigned in Team & Roles.
  • Sign Out - ends your current session.

WhatsApp

Connect your personal WhatsApp number to receive notifications:
1

Enter your number

Pick your country code, then type your phone number under Your WhatsApp Number.
2

Activate

Click Activate. ProPilot saves the number and sends a test message to your WhatsApp.
3

Reply to the test message

Reply to the message in WhatsApp to open the messaging session so notifications can flow. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or click Remove here to disconnect the number.
Receiving notifications and acting on them are different things. Only your organization’s designated WhatsApp Operator can take actions by replying on WhatsApp; everyone else’s replies get a read-only notice. Admins set the operator in Advanced Settings > Organization. See WhatsApp Notifications.

Call Forwarding

Verify your cell number so you can receive call transfers and, optionally, have inbound calls ring your phone. This section only appears when your organization uses an in-platform phone number - it is hidden for organizations connected to Quo, where calls are handled in the Quo app instead.

Preferences

  • Send Shortcut - choose how messages, emails, and notes are sent from text fields:
    • Enter to send (Shift+Enter inserts a new line), or
    • ⌘/Ctrl+Enter to send (Enter inserts a new line).
The setting applies everywhere you type in ProPilot and saves immediately. It is stored on your account, so it follows you across browsers and devices.

Guide

Click Show Guide to re-open the onboarding walkthrough on your next page load - useful when training a new teammate or revisiting setup steps.

Common questions

Your Profile Display Name is your personal identity inside the app. Buyer Identity > Your Name (in Basic Setup) is the organization-wide name used to sign outbound messages. Changing one does not change the other.
It appears only when your organization uses an in-platform phone number. Organizations connected to Quo handle calls in the Quo app, so the section is hidden.
Make sure you replied to the test message - replying opens the messaging session that notifications need. If you previously replied STOP, send a new message to opt back in, then click Activate again.
Only the organization’s WhatsApp Operator can act by replying on WhatsApp. If you are not the operator, you receive notifications but replies get a read-only notice. Ask an admin to change the operator in Advanced Settings > Organization.
No - it is personal. Each teammate picks their own shortcut, and it applies to all text fields in their account only.
