Open Settings from the sidebar. The left rail has two groups: Basic Setup, the first-registration essentials, and Advanced Settings, the ongoing admin configuration. The groups work as accordions and only one is open at a time - Basic Setup opens by default, and expanding Advanced Settings collapses it.
Key things to know
  • Basic Setup holds first-time organization defaults: identity, phone, email, offer terms, and analysis assumptions.
  • Advanced Settings holds ongoing admin work, grouped into Organization, Communication, Comps, and Contacts.
  • Settings are organization-wide and admin-only to edit; members see a “View only - Contact an admin to make changes” notice. Your Profile is the personal exception.
  • Some feature-specific settings, such as Pipeline Settings, open from that feature’s toolbar rather than the main Settings page.

How settings are organized

Most settings are organization-wide: when an admin changes them, the change affects the whole team. As a rule of thumb, settings pages explain what a default means and where to change it, while feature pages explain the daily workflow built on top of those defaults.

Basic Setup

First-registration essentials: buyer identity, phone, email, deal terms, financial presets, financing, and investment strategy. Includes a recommended setup order.

Advanced Settings

Admin and power-user settings: organization, communication, comps, contacts, usage, billing, team, and roles.

Basic Setup

The five Basic Setup pages cover sending identity, channels, and analysis defaults: Offer formula, ROI target, mode, and price-basis defaults are not on the Settings pages. The offer formula is pinned from the My Offer panel; the others are pinned from the Deal Calculator.

Advanced Settings

Organization settings vs your profile

If a change should affect what agents see from your whole team, it is an organization setting. If it only changes your own experience, it lives in Your Profile.

Common questions

Communication settings (templates, operating hours, signature, voicemail, limits) live under Advanced Settings > Communication. Deal Terms is under Advanced Settings > Organization > Deal Terms.
Most settings are admin-only. Members see a “View only - Contact an admin to make changes” notice with save buttons disabled. Ask an organization admin or owner to make the change.
Basic Setup and Advanced Settings are mutually exclusive accordions in the left rail. Opening one collapses the other; nothing is lost, just click the group header to switch back.
Work through Basic Setup in order: Buyer Identity first, then Phone Number and Email Setup, then the two analysis pages (Financial Presets and Financing). Set your analysis defaults from the Deal Calculator and your offer formula from the My Offer panel, then set offer timelines under Advanced Settings > Deal Terms when you need them.
Generally no. Settings are defaults for new work: new messages, new placeholder values, new Deal Calculator analyses. Sent messages and saved analyses keep their existing values.
