Open Settings from the sidebar. Settings are grouped into Basic Setup and Advanced Settings in the left rail.
Key things to know
  • Basic Setup is for first-time organization defaults: identity, phone, email, terms, and analysis assumptions.
  • Advanced Settings is for ongoing admin work: team, billing, usage, communication rules, comps, and contacts.
  • Your Profile is personal to you. It does not replace organization-level settings.
  • Some feature-specific settings, such as Pipeline Settings, open from that feature’s toolbar rather than the main Settings page.

How settings are organized

Most settings are organization-wide. When an admin changes them, the change can affect the whole team. Feature pages explain how to use a workflow; settings pages explain the defaults and admin controls behind that workflow.
