Invite a team member

Open Team & Roles

Send an invite

Click Invite, enter the person’s Email Address, and choose a Role - Admin (manage team and settings) or Member (view and edit properties).

Share the invite

Click Send Invite. Copy the invite link if needed; it appears under Pending Invites until accepted.

Roles

  • Owner - full control, including the org name and billing; can’t be changed or removed from the UI.
  • Admin - manage the team, edit most settings, and handle billing/plan.
  • Member - view and edit properties; most settings are read-only.

Common questions

You’ll see “User Limit Reached” with an Upgrade Now option. Your seat count depends on your plan (Starter: 2, Pro: 5, Premium: unlimited).
No - invites are Admin or Member only.
