Key things to know
- There are three roles: Owner, Admin, and Member. Invites can only be sent as Admin or Member.
- Seats depend on your plan: Starter allows 2 members, Pro allows 5, Premium is unlimited - see Billing & Plans.
- The owner cannot be changed or removed from the app.
- Only admins and the owner can invite, change roles, or remove members.
Invite a team member
1
Open Team & Roles
Go to Advanced Settings > Organization > Team & Roles (admins and the owner).
2
Send an invite
Click Invite, enter the person’s Email Address, and choose a Role:
Admin - Manage team and settings or Member - View and edit properties. Click
Send Invite.
3
Share or manage the invite
The invite appears under Pending Invites until accepted. From there you can copy the
invite link to share it directly, or revoke the invite if it was sent by mistake. The
person opens the link, signs up or signs in, verifies their phone if they are new, and
clicks Accept & Join. New accounts do not wait on a confirmation email.
Change a role or remove a member
In the member list, admins can change a member’s role between Admin and Member (a confirmation dialog appears), or remove a member from the organization. Removing a member ends their access; the organization’s shared data (deals, messages, contacts) stays intact. The owner’s row has no role or remove controls. What each role can do
Roles are all-or-nothing: there are no per-feature permission toggles. If a member needs to
change a shared setting, an admin must make the change or promote them.

What's the difference between Admin and Member day to day?

Does removing a member delete their work?
Does removing a member delete their work?
No. Deals, messages, and contacts belong to the organization and remain after a member is
removed. Only their access ends.
