How to think about Advanced Settings
Advanced Settings is where admins maintain the operating rules for the organization. These settings are less about first-time setup and more about ongoing team management, communication operations, comps quality, and shared contact data. Use Advanced Settings when you need to:- Add or manage teammates.
- Review billing, plan limits, and usage.
- Change deal tags, timezone, logo, or referral settings.
- Manage templates, email signature, forwarding, proof of funds, and operating hours.
- Tune comps rules or add manual comps.
- Maintain reusable organization contacts.
Pipeline stages and default follow-up windows are configured from the gear icon in the Deal
Pipeline toolbar, not from the main Settings sidebar.
