You can receive notifications from ProPilot on WhatsApp, and one team member can act on conversations directly from WhatsApp.
Related settings: Your personal WhatsApp number is in My Profile. The organization WhatsApp Operator is under Advanced Settings > Organization.

Connect your WhatsApp (per user)

Open your Profile

Go to My Profile and scroll to the WhatsApp section.

Enter your number

Enter Your WhatsApp Number (including country code).

Activate

Click Activate. You’ll get a test message - reply to confirm the connection.
Use Remove to disconnect your number.

WhatsApp Operator (per organization)

One member can be the WhatsApp Operator, who can reply to and manage conversations over WhatsApp. Other members receive notifications only.

Open Organization settings

Go to Advanced Settings > Organization > WhatsApp Operator (admins).

Select and save

Choose a team member from the dropdown and click Save Operator.

Common questions

No - only the designated WhatsApp Operator. Others receive notifications only.
Verify the number (with country code) is correct and that WhatsApp is active on that number, then try Activate again.
