Beyond the on-market listings in Deal Hub, the Off-Market/Lookup page lets you analyze any address - including off-market properties - and add deals manually.

Where to find it

Click Off-Market/Lookup in the sidebar.

Look up an address

  1. Type an address and click Add to pull up the property.
  2. Open the property card to see details, comps, rent, and the Deal Calculator.
  3. Click Save to Edit to add it to your Deal Pipeline.

Add an off-market deal manually

Start a manual deal

Click Manual, then Create deal card.

Enter the details

Fill in Address, City, State, ZIP, and List Price (required), plus beds/baths/sqft, property type, and notes.

Link a contact

A manual deal must be linked to a contact, which keeps your pipeline organized.

Import a lead from a message

On the Lookup page you can paste the text of a message or email (for example, a lead an agent forwarded you) and ProPilot will help pull out the property so you can analyze and save it.

Common questions

Yes - address lookup works for any address, and you can add off-market properties as manual deals.
Yes - Save to Edit adds the property to your Deal Pipeline in the “Not Contacted” stage.
