Clicking any property card (in Deal Hub, Deal Pipeline, or Off-Market/Lookup) opens the property details view - a single workspace that combines photos and map, financial analysis, the agent conversation, pipeline stage tools, and notes. It’s where you do most of your work on a single deal.
Key things to know
  • Property Details is the single-deal workspace for analysis, communication, notes, and pipeline actions.
  • Info holds photos, map, financial analysis, editable property details, comps, and the Deal Calculator.
  • Pipeline stage tabs show the current stage, checklist work, and locked future stages.
  • Header actions let you set follow-ups, owner, tags, stage, sequences, export PDF, and save unsaved properties.
Related settings: Financial defaults come from Basic Setup > Financial Presets, Basic Setup > Financing (Loans), and Basic Setup > Investment Strategy. Comps configuration is in Advanced Settings > Comps, while deal tags, team members, and roles are in Advanced Settings > Organization.

Common questions

Tabs for stages the property hasn’t reached yet are locked - the property has to reach that stage first.
From Deal Hub or Lookup, click Save to Edit first to save the property to your pipeline. A “Save to persist” hint appears on tiles that need it.
Save to Edit adds the property to your Deal Pipeline. Save (in Financial Analysis) persists ROI/analysis changes for a property that’s already in the pipeline.
The property is outside your saved ZIP codes. Listing and comps data may not be fully live for it.

Limitations

  • Follow-up, owner, tags, and deadlines only appear in the Deal Pipeline view, not while browsing Deal Hub or Lookup.
  • Pipeline stage names and tabs are specific to your organization’s configuration.
