- Info holds photos, map, financial analysis, editable property details, comps, and the Deal Calculator.
- Pipeline stage tabs show the current stage, checklist work, and locked future stages.
- Header actions let you set follow-ups, owner, tags, stage, sequences, export PDF, and save unsaved properties.

Tabs for stages the property hasn’t reached yet are locked - the property has to reach that
stage first.

The property is outside your saved ZIP codes. Listing and comps data may not be fully live
for it.
Limitations
- Follow-up, owner, tags, and deadlines only appear in the Deal Pipeline view, not while browsing Deal Hub or Lookup.
- Pipeline stage names and tabs are specific to your organization’s configuration.
