The right side of Property Details is the contact and conversation panel. This is where you communicate with the listing agent while keeping the property context - price, comps, and your analysis - visible alongside.

Conversation panel

The panel is the same conversation you’d see in Messages, scoped to the property’s contact, with tabs per channel:
  • SMS - write and send texts, with templates, emoji, and scheduled sends. Consent and opt-out rules apply before a text can go out.
  • Email - compose emails with subject, CC/BCC, and reply-to threading.
  • Call - place calls and review call history.
  • Full Convo - every channel merged into one chronological history: SMS, email, calls, scheduled messages, and manual logs. Use Log activity here to record off-platform meetings, calls, or texts - see Full Convo & Manual Logs.
A few useful behaviors:
  • Sending your first message about the property advances the deal to Contacted automatically - see Stages.
  • Every outbound message resets the automatic follow-up clock - see Follow-ups.
  • If the deal has several contacts, each has their own tab in the panel with their own conversation and follow-up.
  • On narrow screens, use the Conversation button in the tab bar to open the panel as a full-screen overlay.

Notes panel

Use Notes for internal deal notes - the running record of walkthroughs, agent calls, and decisions that you don’t want in the message thread.
1

Open Notes

Click the Notes button. It shows a count badge when the deal already has notes (capped at “9+”).
2

Write the note

Type your note. Mention a teammate with @ and pick them from the list - mentions render as highlighted names in the saved note.
3

Save it

Send the note. You can edit or delete your own notes later from the same panel.
Notes are internal. They are separate from SMS, email, calls, and manual communication logs, are never visible to the agent, and don’t count as communication activity for follow-ups or the automatic Revisit move.

Common questions

Yes - it’s one thread. Anything you send here appears in Messages, and vice versa, so you can work from whichever surface fits the moment.
No. Notes are internal to your organization. Only messages you actually send (SMS, email, calls) reach the agent.
The property is saved to your pipeline automatically so the note has a deal to live on, and the mentioned teammate can find it.
Open the Full Convo tab and click Log activity. Choose the type (Meeting, Call, SMS, Email, or Other), set when it happened, add notes, and save. Logged activity counts as communication for follow-ups and the automatic cleanup timers.
Conversations belong to the contact, and one agent often lists several of your deals. The thread shows context labels (such as the address) so you can tell which property each message was about.
