Property Details changes layout based on screen size and whether the property is in your Deal Pipeline.

Layout

On wide screens, analysis sits on the left and the agent Conversation sits on the right. On narrow screens, use the Notes and Conversation buttons in the tab bar to switch panels.

Tabs

  • Info - photos/map, financial analysis, and editable property details.
  • Pipeline stage tabs - one tab per pipeline stage in your organization’s setup. The current stage is marked CURRENT.
Stages the property has not reached yet are locked with a tooltip: “Property must reach this stage first.”

Status badges

The header can show:
  • Listing status: ACTIVE, Pending, Sold, or Off-Market.
  • Outside zips when the property is outside your saved ZIPs.
  • A comps discount badge, such as 15% under, for active listings with comps.
  • My Offer in the pipeline view, with the amount and how it was sent.

Common questions

The property has to reach that stage first. Future stages are locked until the stage changes.
Follow-up, owner, tags, and deadlines only appear when the property is saved to your Deal Pipeline.
