Property Details changes layout based on screen size and whether the property is in your Deal Pipeline, so the same workspace works on a wide monitor and a phone.

Layout

  • Wide screens - analysis sits on the left and the agent Conversation panel sits on the right, so you can read the numbers while you write. Notes opens as a slide-out panel over the conversation side.
  • Narrow screens - the panels stack. Use the Notes and Conversation buttons in the tab bar to switch; the tab row itself collapses into a dropdown. The Notes button shows a count badge when the deal has notes (capped at “9+”).

Tabs

The tab bar across the top has one Info tab plus one tab per pipeline stage:
  • Info - photos/map, financial analysis, comps, the Deal Calculator, and editable property details. This is where you’ll spend most analysis time - see Financial Analysis.
  • Pipeline stage tabs - one tab per stage in your organization’s pipeline, in board order. The deal’s current stage is marked with a CURRENT chip. Each stage tab holds that stage’s checklist (configured in Pipeline Settings) plus any stage-specific details, such as the contract details captured for Under Contract.
Stages the property has not reached yet are locked, with a tooltip: “Property must reach this stage first.” Tabs unlock as the deal progresses, and previously visited stages stay available so you can review completed checklist work.

Status badges in the header

The header can show:
  • Listing status: ACTIVE, Pending, Sold, or Off-Market.
  • Outside zips when the property is outside your saved ZIP codes (with an info icon explaining what that means for data freshness).
  • A comps discount badge, such as 15% under, for active listings with comps.
  • My Offer in the pipeline view, with the amount and how it was sent.
  • A deletion countdown when the deal is in the Lost stage - see Stages.
  • The Auto/Manual pill explaining how the deal entered its current stage; click it for the full explanation.

Common questions

The property has to reach that stage first. Future stages are locked until the stage changes; move the deal with the Stage dropdown in the header or by dragging on the board.
Follow-up, owner, tags, sequences, and deadlines only appear when the property is saved to your Deal Pipeline. From Deal Hub or Lookup, click Save to Edit first.
In Pipeline Settings (the gear icon in the Deal Pipeline toolbar). Each stage’s checklist items appear on its tab for every property - see Stages.
Below a certain width the full tab row collapses into a dropdown, and the Notes and Conversation panels become full-screen overlays instead of side-by-side columns. Nothing is removed - it’s the same content rearranged.
It marks the stage tab matching the deal’s current pipeline column, so you always know which checklist is the active one.
