Log off-platform activity

Manual logging stays collapsed until you click Log activity.

Click Log activity

Open Full Convo, then click Log activity.

Choose the activity type

Pick Meeting, Call, SMS, Email, or Other.

Add details

Set the When date/time, add notes, and click Save Log.
You can edit a log entry later with its pencil button.

Shared phone numbers

Some brokerages use the same phone number for several agents. When ProPilot detects that the selected contact shares a number with other contacts, the conversation header shows a Shared number pill. The SMS tab and Full Convo include visible history for that shared number, and each SMS or log entry includes context such as To Jason T Gray - 227 Ottawa Ave.
