The Full Convo tab merges every channel into one chronological history, so you can read a relationship end to end without switching tabs. It is also where you record touches that happened outside ProPilot, like an in-person meeting or a call from your personal phone.

What appears in Full Convo

Log off-platform activity

Manual logging stays collapsed until you need it, so it does not get in the way of normal texting.
1

Click Log activity

Open Full Convo, then click Log activity to expand the log composer.
2

Choose the activity type

Pick Meeting, Call, SMS, Email, or Other.
3

Set when it happened

Use the When field to set the date and time. Backdating is allowed - if the meeting was last Tuesday, set last Tuesday and the entry slots into the timeline at that point.
4

Add notes and save

Note what was discussed, key takeaways, and next steps, then click Save Log. The timeline scrolls to your new entry.

Editing a log entry

Every manual log card has a pencil button. Editing lets you change the activity type, the event time, and the notes. Entries created automatically from real sends and calls cannot be edited - only manual logs can.

Shared phone numbers

Some brokerages use the same phone number for several agents. ProPilot handles this without mixing up identities:
  • When the selected contact’s phone is used by multiple contacts, the conversation header shows a Shared number pill with the number of contacts that share it.
  • The SMS tab and Full Convo include the visible history for that shared number, so you see every text that traveled over the line.
  • Each SMS bubble and log entry gets a small context pill such as To Jason T Gray - 227 Ottawa Ave, so you always know which contact and property a message belonged to.
  • Contacts who merely share a number are not merged into one conversation. Threads only combine when the stronger identity signals (email first, then name) agree, so two teammates at the same brokerage stay separate.
