Use the Calls tab to place browser calls and review call history.

Placing a call

On the Calls tab, click Call Now to call from your browser. You need:
  • A provisioned phone number or supported calling setup.
  • Browser microphone permission.
  • A stable connection.
During the call, use mute, hold, and the keypad.

Recording

Toggle Call Recording where permitted. Recording is blocked in stricter-consent states, and the called party hears a recording notice.

Transfers and merge

During a call:
  • Transfer to a teammate for a warm hand-off.
  • Add My Cell to bring your own phone onto the call.
  • Merge to turn the briefing into a 3-way call.
Teammates need a verified cell number in My Profile > Call Forwarding to receive transfers.
For Quo-connected organizations, calls are handled in Quo. See Quo Integration.

Common questions

The teammate needs a verified cell number in My Profile > Call Forwarding. Transfers are not available for Quo-connected organizations.
