Browse conversations

Switch between Active and Archived tabs, each with a count, and search on the left.

Filter by status

Use Status to filter by Recently Contacted, Awaiting Follow Up, Need Reply, or Scheduled SMS. You can select several at once.

Open a thread

Select a conversation to see the channel tabs and message history.

Channel tabs

Compose with a Subject, add Cc/Bcc, and reply to a previous email. Your signature can be included automatically.

Common questions

Start messaging a contact from a property card in the Deal Pipeline or Deal Hub, and the thread appears here.
Channel tabs filter by channel. Use Full Convo to merge everything into one timeline.
