Where to find it
Go to Advanced Settings > Communication > Operating Hours. You’ll see the weekly schedule (Monday-Sunday) and your organization’s timezone.How it works
- Outreach sent during operating hours goes out immediately.
- Outreach started outside hours is delayed to the next open window. When sending SMS outside hours, you’ll see a Schedule send prompt where you can confirm the time.
- Bulk SMS is automatically scheduled and staggered about 5 minutes apart.
- Active conversations can still send right away.

The schedule is shown as read-only and is managed at the platform level. To change your
organization’s timezone, go to
Advanced Settings > Organization > Timezone.
