Bulk messaging lets you reach many listing agents at once from your Deal Pipeline.
Related settings: Phone Number lives in Basic Setup > Phone Number, and Email Setup lives in Basic Setup > Email Setup. Templates, operating hours, and communication limits live in Advanced Settings > Communication.

Send bulk messages

Select properties

In the Deal Pipeline, check the properties you want to contact (board cards or table rows). A bar at the bottom shows how many are selected.

Open Review & Send

Click Message in the selection bar to open Review & Send Messages.

Choose delivery and content

Set the Delivery method (Last Communication, Email, or SMS), then pick a template or write a message. You can edit each property’s message individually.

Review and send

Check any shared-conversation warnings, then send. Messages are staggered about 5 minutes apart and respect your operating hours.

Common questions

The unified Review & Send flow handles both channels in one place; choose the channel per message inside the modal.
If you’re outside operating hours, initial outreach is scheduled for the next available window. Active conversations can still send immediately.
The empty state links you to create templates and sequences first.
