Daily Updates help you focus on recent listing changes instead of scanning the full Deal Hub every time. The bar starts as a compact pill in the toolbar - click it to expand the filters.

What it shows

The Daily updates bar filters to activity within a rolling window: Each option shows a count. When some matching listings are excluded by your other filters, the count appears as two numbers, such as “3/5” - 3 match your current filters out of 5 total - and hovering explains the difference. Click a filter again, or click Clear, to return to the full list. By default, the window covers the last 1 day. If you want to look further back, you can widen it at any time.

Choosing the window

Click the Last 1d dropdown in the Daily updates bar to pick a different window of 1-7, 10, or 14 days. The current selection is marked with a check in the list. Your pick applies for the current visit; the next time you open the page, the window returns to the 1-day default.

Important details

  • Listings still respect your other active filters (the “3/5” style counts make this visible).
  • Hover the Daily updates label to see when the data was last refreshed (for example, “Updated 5:04 AM”).
  • Price-drop tracking began January 27, 2026, so older drops are not shown.
  • Deal Hub MLS listings refresh on a daily cycle, around 5 AM.
  • The bar remembers whether you left it expanded or collapsed.
Pair a daily-updates filter with a sort: filter to Price drops and sort by Price Drop > Biggest to surface the most aggressive cuts first, or filter to New deals and sort by Comps/List% to catch underpriced listings the day they appear.

Common questions

Price-drop tracking began January 27, 2026, so drops before that date are not included.
Widen the window: click the Last 1d dropdown and pick a longer range, up to 14 days.
No - a picked window applies for the current visit only. The next time you open Deal Hub, the bar returns to the 1-day default.
Yes. A listing that came back on market and then dropped its price within the window counts under both Back on market and Price drops.
