Deal Hub is your ZIP-focused deal scanner. It shows on-market MLS listings for the ZIP codes your organization tracks, so you can filter, sort, analyze, and save the best opportunities to your Deal Pipeline. Find it under On-Market Zone → Deal Hub in the sidebar.
Key things to know
  • Deal Hub only shows listings for the ZIP codes you add (your plan sets how many).
  • New ZIPs lock for about 90 days before they can be removed.
  • Saving a listing (the heart) moves it to your Deal Pipeline and hides it from Deal Hub.
  • Listings refresh on a daily cycle; use Daily updates for what’s new, dropped, or back on market.
Related settings: ZIP slot limits, usage, billing, and team permissions are covered in Advanced Settings > Organization. Analysis mode, price basis, and ROI target defaults are pinned from the Deal Calculator.

Off-market (wholesaler) deals

Alongside on-market MLS listings, Deal Hub can show off-market deals submitted by wholesalers we work with. These appear as property cards with a Wholesaler badge so you can tell them apart from MLS listings. They are reviewed and approved before they show up. Use the Off-market deals control to decide what you see:
  • All shows MLS listings and off-market deals together.
  • On-market hides off-market deals and shows only MLS listings.
  • Off-market only shows only the wholesaler deals.
When off-market deals are shown, the Show from control sets how wide to look:
  • Everywhere shows every active off-market deal, even outside your tracked ZIPs.
  • My ZIPs + nearby shows deals in your tracked ZIPs and neighboring ZIPs.
  • My ZIPs only shows deals only in your tracked ZIPs.
Saving an off-market deal works the same as any listing: the heart adds it to your Deal Pipeline, and the wholesaler is linked as the deal contact so you have someone to reach out to. Off-market deals do not get live MLS updates, and comps may need to be added manually.

A typical workflow

1

Set up your ZIPs once

Click ZIPs and add the areas you invest in. Listings for those ZIPs load automatically from then on. See ZIP Setup.
2

Narrow the list

Apply filters (or pick a Buybox preset) and sort. For example, sort by Comps/List% to surface the biggest discounts versus comparable sales, or by S8 ROI if you target Section 8 rentals.
3

Check what changed today

Open the Daily updates bar to review only the new deals, price drops, and back-on-market listings from the last day. See Daily Updates.
4

Analyze a listing

Click a card to open the full property workspace with comps, rent estimates, and the Deal Calculator.
5

Save or act

Click the heart to save a listing to your Deal Pipeline, hide listings you’ve ruled out, or message the listing agent directly. Messaging auto-saves the property first.

How saving works

  • Clicking the heart (or Save) adds the listing to your Deal Pipeline in the first stage (Not Contacted), and you’ll see a “Saved to pipeline” toast with a View in Deal Pipeline link.
  • Saved listings are automatically hidden from Deal Hub browse (they live in your pipeline now).
  • Messaging or emailing an agent from a listing auto-saves it to your pipeline first, and so does enrolling its listing agent in a sequence with a first message.
  • Any analysis you did before saving - comps adjustments, rent source, calculator targets, notes, deal owner - carries over to the saved deal, so you don’t redo work in the pipeline.

How fresh is the data?

  • MLS listings refresh on a daily cycle, around 5 AM. Sold and pending status changes, price changes, and new listings arrive with that refresh.
  • The Daily updates bar shows an “Updated” time so you know when the latest data landed.
  • Price-drop history began on January 27, 2026, so drops before that date are not tracked.

Common questions

Make sure you have at least one ZIP saved and that your filters aren’t too restrictive. New ZIPs populate after the next data sync. If a Buybox preset is applied, use Clear selection in the Buybox menu to return to your own filters. See Troubleshooting.
Saved listings move into your Deal Pipeline and are hidden from Deal Hub browse by design. Use the View in Deal Pipeline link in the save toast, or open the pipeline directly.
Listings drop out when they go pending or sold, when their data leaves the MLS feed during the daily refresh, or when a teammate saved or hid them. Toggle Hidden to check whether it was hidden for your organization.
Hiding is organization-wide: the listing disappears from default results for every team member. Anyone can toggle Hidden to review hidden listings and unhide them.
No - filters, sort, and view choices are personal and remembered per user. Buybox presets are the shared, organization-wide piece: admins save them and everyone can apply them.
New ZIPs lock for about 90 days. Each saved ZIP shows a Removable badge or a countdown such as “Removable in 45d” until the lock expires.
Use Off-Market & Address Lookup; Deal Hub is for on-market listings in your tracked ZIPs.
In Map view, the list and the shown count follow the visible map area. Pan or zoom out to bring more matching listings into view.

Limitations

  • MLS listings refresh on a daily cycle (around 5 AM); there is no real-time feed.
  • Price-drop tracking began January 27, 2026, so older drops aren’t shown.
  • ZIP management excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Kentucky from the state picker, and Louisville ZIPs can’t be added.
  • Organizations tracking a very large number of ZIPs may notice slower loading.
