Each Deal Hub card gives you enough context to decide whether to open, save, hide, message, or enroll a listing.

Property cards

Each card shows:
  • Primary photo.
  • Discount pill, such as 15% under.
  • List price and Comps value.
  • Address and ZIP.
  • Days on market.
  • Comps quality.
  • Section 8 ROI and rent when available.
  • Beds, baths, sqft, and property type.
  • Status badges such as Pending, Sold, Off-Market, Hidden, Outside zips, and a sequence pill when enrolled.

Actions on a listing

ActionWhat it does
Save property (heart)Saves the listing to your Deal Pipeline.
HideRemoves the listing from Deal Hub for your whole organization. Toggle Hidden to bring it back.
Click the cardOpens the full property workspace to analyze, message, and enroll in a sequence.

Bulk actions

Select listings with their checkboxes to get a bottom action bar with:
  • Save - save selected listings to your Deal Pipeline.
  • Message - open the bulk Review & Send flow.
  • Sequence - enroll selected contacts in a sequence.
  • Hide / Unhide - hide or restore selected listings for your organization.
Messaging an agent from a Deal Hub listing auto-saves it to your pipeline first.
