The toolbar above the board holds search, sort, and every filter. Filters work the same in all three views (board, table, and map), and a count pill always shows how many properties match.
Related settings: Deal tags are managed in Advanced Settings > Organization > Deal Tags.
Type in Search address or contact… to match by address, city, state, ZIP, neighborhood, or listing agent name. Search covers all loaded deals, including Revisit and (when shown) Lost.

Sort

Sort by Recently Saved (default), Last Communication, List Price, My Offer, or Days on Market, with an ascending/descending toggle. In table view you can also sort by any column header. Sorting determines the card order within each board column - manual card order isn’t saved.

Filters

Multi-select: Active (listed or recently changed), Inactive (pending, under contract, or sold), and Off-Market (not on the MLS). Useful for splitting live opportunities from deals whose listing already changed hands.
Multi-select: Initial Outreach (outbound only, no reply yet) and Active Conversation (a reply has been received). Use it to separate deals still waiting on a first response from real two-way conversations.
Multi-select by communication badge: Recently Contacted, Awaiting Follow Up, Need Reply, Scheduled SMS, and In Sequence. Matching is “any selected” (OR). The In Sequence chip matches contacts enrolled in a sequence for this listing or another one. See Views & Cards for what triggers each badge.
Multi-select by who owns the deal: Me, one or more teammates. Unassigned deals show under the unfiltered view. Use Clear owners to reset. Combine with the Status filter to build a personal work queue (“my deals awaiting follow up”).
Multi-select by your organization’s deal tags (new organizations start with Investor, Fund, and Wholesale). Matching is OR. Manage the tag list via Manage tags or Advanced Settings > Organization > Deal Tags.
Group deals into named portfolios (for example “9 Duplex Bundle”). Pick a portfolio to filter the board to just its deals, or + Create new portfolio. Portfolios are useful for bundles you analyze or negotiate as a unit.
When enabled, a Daily updates bar above the board lets you filter to New (deals saved within the window), Price drops, or Back on market. Each chip shows a count, and you can adjust the time window from the bar. It’s the fastest way to see what changed since yesterday.
The Lost column is hidden by default. Toggle Show Lost (in the toolbar or the overflow menu) to include it; a badge shows how many deals are hidden there. See Stages.

Combining filters

All filters apply together (AND across filter types, OR within one filter’s selections). For example: Owner Me + Status Awaiting Follow Up + Listing Type Active shows only your active-listing deals that are overdue for a follow-up. The count pill in the toolbar shows how many properties match the full combination; click a stage column header to see the count for one stage.

Common questions

Filters reset when you navigate away from the page - there are no saved filter presets yet. The Lost toggle and your view choice also reset between visits.
Search only matches address fields, neighborhood, and listing agent name - not notes or message contents. Also check whether the Lost column is hidden; deals there don’t appear until you enable Show Lost.
It only appears when daily updates are enabled for your organization and the pipeline has finished loading. The same bar is available in Deal Hub.
Yes - the toolbar filters apply, and the map adds its own Filter by Stage rail. Note that the map list only shows properties inside the visible map area.
Yes. Both filters are multi-select with OR matching: selecting two owners shows deals owned by either, and selecting two tags shows deals carrying either tag.
