Bulk actions let you handle many deals in one pass instead of opening them one by one - for example, messaging every agent in a column, assigning a batch of new deals to a teammate, or parking a group of stale deals in Revisit.

Ways to select deals

  • Card checkbox - hover a card on the board and tick the checkbox in its top-left corner.
  • Column select-all - tick the checkbox in a column header to select every deal in that stage at once (a dash means some, but not all, are selected).
  • Table rows - in table view, use the row checkboxes or the header checkbox to select all visible rows.
As soon as anything is selected, a floating toolbar appears at the bottom center of the screen showing “N properties selected” with an X button to clear the selection.

Run a bulk action

1

Select properties

Use any of the selection methods above. Your selection works across columns - you can mix deals from different stages.
2

Choose a bulk action

From the selection bar:
  • Message - open Review & Send to message all selected agents in one batch (see Bulk Messaging).
  • Sequence - enroll the selected contacts in a sequence; pick the sequence in the dialog that opens.
  • Owner - assign an owner to every selected deal: pick No owner or a teammate from the Assign owner menu. A toast confirms how many were updated.
  • Stage - open the Move to stage menu and pick the destination; all selected deals move at once.
3

Clear the selection

Click the X next to the selection count (or deselect the checkboxes) when you’re done.
You can’t bulk-move deals into Under Contract - each deal needs its own contract details, so move those one at a time. Picking Under Contract from the bulk Stage menu shows the message “Move properties to ‘Under Contract’ individually to capture contract details.”

What bulk moves do (and don’t) trigger

A bulk stage move behaves like dragging each card individually: moving deals to Lost archives their conversations under the same rules as a single move (a conversation only closes when the contact has no other active deals with you). The prompt to log a communication when moving to Contacted applies to individual drags, not bulk moves.

Common questions

There’s no fixed cap on selection - you can select entire columns. Bulk messaging and sequence enrollment are still subject to your messaging limits, which the Review & Send flow shows before anything goes out.
The Owner action needs at least one organization member to assign to. If your team list hasn’t loaded or you’re the only member without assignable teammates, the menu has nothing to offer. Team members are managed in Advanced Settings > Organization.
The toast tells you exactly how many succeeded and how many failed (for example “Assigned 8 to ‘Dana’ (2 failed)”), so you can retry just the rest.
The enrollment dialog resolves contacts by identity, and contacts already in an active sequence show the In sequence badge on their cards - check the badge before enrolling to avoid doubling up. See Sequences for enrollment rules.
The selection bar persists while you stay on the page, but changing filters can hide selected cards from view. Clear the selection if the count looks off.
