Step types

  • Manual SMS / email - select contacts and click Review & Send to send through the bulk send screen.
  • Auto email - due emails send automatically. Allow up to about 10 minutes; the page refreshes on its own.
  • Call task - read the Call script, place the call yourself, then click Mark Done.

Enrollment outcomes

Contacts who finish appear under Completed. Contacts who replied or whom you contacted manually appear under Moved out.
