Key things to know
- Each step card shows X due • Y scheduled • Z completed so you always know where the work is.
- Manual SMS and email go out through Review & Send, with the step’s template pre-selected.
- Auto email steps send themselves - allow up to about 10 minutes after a contact goes due.
- Sending a step (or marking a call done) automatically schedules the contact’s next step.
Reading a step card
- Due contacts have finished their wait and are ready to work now.
- Scheduled contacts are still in their wait period. The Scheduled list shows each contact’s countdown, and you can Remove a contact from the queue before they go due.
- Completed counts contacts who already finished this step.
- Each card also links to its content: View template for SMS and email steps, or View script for call tasks.
Work a manual SMS or email step
1
Select due contacts
Check the contacts you want to send to, or use the select-all checkbox. With nothing
selected, Review & Send takes all due contacts.
2
Open Review & Send
Click Review & Send. The familiar bulk send screen opens as Review & Send Sequence
SMS (or Emails), with the step’s template applied to every contact.
3
Review each message
Check each row, edit individual messages if needed, and click a property address to open
its full card with current pricing and comps before you commit.
4
Send
Sending completes the step for each contact and schedules their next step automatically.
Auto email steps
Auto email steps show “Auto-email step. Due emails are handled automatically.” There’s nothing to click: due emails send on their own, usually within about 10 minutes, and the page refreshes itself so contacts move into Completed (or the next step) without a manual reload.Call task steps
Each due call shows the contact’s name, phone number, and property, plus the step’s Call script when one was written. Place the call yourself, then click Mark Done to complete the step. Use Remove to take a contact out of the sequence instead.Where contacts end up
Common questions
Why did a contact disappear from my step?
Why did a contact disappear from my step?
They most likely replied or got a manual touch from you about the same property - either
one stops the enrollment and moves them to Moved out. Replies carry a Replied

My auto email is due but hasn't sent. Is something wrong?

Auto email runs on a short cycle - allow up to about 10 minutes after the contact goes

What's the difference between due and scheduled?
What's the difference between due and scheduled?
Scheduled contacts are still waiting out the step’s delay; due contacts have finished

Can I remove someone before their next step sends?
Can I remove someone before their next step sends?
Yes. Use Remove next to the contact in the due or Scheduled list. You’ll be asked
to confirm, and the contact’s remaining steps are cancelled.
Can I change the message before it goes out?
Can I change the message before it goes out?
For manual steps, yes - every message is editable per contact inside Review & Send. Auto
email sends the step’s template as configured, so to change it you’d duplicate and edit
the sequence.
Do sequence sends respect operating hours?

so operating hours and daily limits apply.
